Firstly, make sure you are trying to login in the same way you signed up — for instance, if you signed up using 'Sign Up with Facebook', you must also login the same way.

Please use the 'Forgotten Password' function on the dialogue box within the video screen. World Dance Masters does not manage your login details so please follow the instructions you receive.

When you login to the page and see the video box, look for the drop down button in the top left corner. Click this to see all previous streams on this channel.

Each video will be named appropriately up to 30 minutes after each session has ended. They will be available to watch on-demand until the end of August.

If you can't see the live stream video container (i.e. there is nothing in the space) then please refresh your page. If that doesn't help, please clear your cache and cookies. You will need to login again.

If that doesn't work, you can contact our provider any time via their Support Center.

We will be broadcasting all workshops that take place in the Spanish Hall. These will be available to watch live as they happen and on-demand for 1 month after the event. You can watch them at any time after they have initially been broadcast.
